Our Kurrajong First Contact Support Coordination staff are locals who are experts on the services offered in their communities. We can source a diverse range of supports to cover everything from mainstream supports to therapeutic services.
In a nutshell, we can help you to:
- Coordinate supports from a range of providers.
- Develop capacity and resilience in your support and community network.
- Resolve points of crisis.
We know that the NDIS can be confusing, so we’re here to help! Our Kurrajong First Contact Plan Management team takes the hard work out of Plan Management and can help you to manage your overall plan and supports. We can also help by paying providers on your behalf if you’ve been funded for financial intermediary.
Plan Management is funded by the NDIS through a monthly fee, charged to a client’s plan. This is a flat fee and not related to the complexity or size of a participant’s plan.
