What are Day Supports?

Our Day Supports are flexible and tailored to you. Want to play sport? Sure! Maybe you’d prefer to make sculptures or learn woodworking skills? That’s great too! The choice is always yours.

We work with you to design an individualised day program that can include volunteer work, building social and living skills, encouraging creativity and taking part in courses. Our program is called Lifestyle Choices because it’s all about choice — supporting you to do the things you enjoy, learn new skills, and work towards your goals in a way that suits you.

Lifestyle Choices acts as the hub for Kurrajong’s day supports and activities, offering a safe, welcoming space where you can take part in a wide range of engaging, goal-focused programs.

Day Supports at Kurrajong

At Kurrajong, no two days look the same — and that’s the way we like it. Our Day Supports are designed to offer variety, flexibility, and meaningful choice. With a wide range of activities available, you can shape a daily routine that reflects your interests, supports your goals, and builds on your strengths. From hands-on skill building to creative exploration and community connection, there’s something for everyone.

Need help getting there?

Transport is part of the support you receive at Kurrajong. Whether it’s getting to our service hubs, your workplace, appointments, classes or community activities, we’ll help make it happen. Transport is included across all our services and can be funded through your NDIS Core Supports.
