This is Kurrajong Wagga client Alexander, Alexander and his family reached out to the Kurrajong Support Coordination team for assistance with helping him to live independently.
His Support Coordinator took the pressure off Alexander and his family by working with them to research options and assisting them finding a new home for him, while ensuring everyone worked together for a seamless transition into his new home. 🏠
Alexander is super excited to be living independently with one of his best mates, and is enjoying his new life and independence!
