What is Kurrajong’s

Allied Health Graduate Program?

Kickstart your allied health career with Kurrajong’s Allied Health Graduate Program—a hands-on, real-world opportunity in regional NSW supporting people with disability.

Our Allied Health Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career with the guidance and support of industry experts.

The two year program is open to graduates of Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy looking to join one of our Wagga Wagga, Griffith or Tumut locations. Our program commences in January each year and we welcome applications from graduates of the last two years or those graduating early-mid next year. We can be flexible with starting dates to best suit the needs of successful applicants.

You will emerge from our program as a skilled and well-rounded health professional with an understanding of how multidisciplinary teams collaborate to achieve person centred outcomes.

Why Join us?

Our multidisciplinary team loves what they do! Each day at work brings a new challenge and chances to collaborate and share knowledge. We know that our staff are our greatest asset and are crucial to ensuring we can continue to meet the needs of people with disability in our communities.

Our program is designed to offer a range of clinical and non-clinical support to our graduates; ensuring they are well equipped to confidently step into their career and are recognised for the valuable therapy they provide. Some of the benefits you will receive as part of our program include:

  • Structured two-years of learning and development with ongoing employment after completion of the program.
  • 5 weeks annual leave (1 allocated to the Summer holiday period).
  • Monthly days off and flexible working arrangements.
